Payments and Currercy:

USD is the default currency. PayPal Express Checkout is main payment method. It is designed to make the checkout experience for buyers much more quick and easy than filling out billing and shipping forms. Customers will be taken directly to PayPal to sign in and authorize the payment, and are then returned back to the store to review the order and complete the payment.

The exchange rate is real-time updated by Yahoo finance.

Shipping methods:

  • For helium balloons, the delivery is only available within Shanghai.
  • For China mainland delivery, we use regular Express.
  • For an international order, China POST(including ePacket) is main shipping courier.  It covers most countries on the earth.
  • Welcome you to our real shop to pick up by yourself,  no shipping cost.

Shipping cost and time :

Weight Based Shipping is a simple yet flexible shipping method . It focused mainly on order weight  and destination to calculate shipping cost.

Most orders placed on Mon-Fri, will be shipped out in next 2 days.

The order is shipped from China mainland.

For the China mainland order, the shipping cost is same as the regular Express, cheap and quick, 1-3days.

For the international Order it has certain requirements and restrictions as they relate to product safety, compliance, customs, shipping, and export restrictions. Usually it takes 7-35 days by ePacket, 20-40 days by China Post.

Customize products, oversize, overweight products , we will calculate the shipping cost and confirm it with you with email before shipping out.

Return and Refund

You have the full right to return and refund the products withour reason.  But takes account of the international shipping high cost, we strongly suggest you not to return it, we always can find a better way to solve the problem.  If it has to be, please send it back in original condition and pay the return shipping cost. For China domastic order, no problem. We have strong confidence in the quality.

We know it sounds unfair, we are going to solve it in the future. But according to the lowest price in the world, we really can’t afford the return shipping cost. We really appreciate your understanding.
